1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreatorLoop ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

CreatorLoop is an AI video generation platform that converts product descriptions into avatar-delivered UGC-style videos using artificial intelligence. The Service includes access to an avatar library, AI script generation, and video rendering via the HeyGen API.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refund eligibility by plan:

Basic ($20/mo): No refunds. Cancel anytime — access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Pro ($129/mo) and Agency ($499/mo): Full refund available within 14 days of purchase. No refunds after 14 days. Cancel anytime.
Enterprise ($4,999 one-time): Full refund within 30 days. No refund after 30 days. This is a lifetime purchase — no recurring charges after payment.
Annual plans (any tier): Prorated refund for unused months is available within 30 days of the annual billing date only. After 30 days, the plan is locked for the full year — no refunds.
7-day trial: The trial is free. No charge applies during the trial period.

To request a refund within the applicable window, email support@creatorloop.polsia.app with your account email and order date.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or hateful
Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
Create deepfake or non-consensual content
Misrepresent AI-generated content as real human recordings
Resell or redistribute generated videos as standalone stock footage
Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models or platform infrastructure

CreatorLoop reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the product descriptions and content you submit. Generated videos are yours to use for commercial purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring your inputs do not infringe third-party rights.

7. API Usage

Agency plan users receive API access subject to rate limits and usage metering. API keys must be kept confidential. We may revoke or throttle API access for abuse or excessive usage at our discretion.

8. Service Level

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Video rendering times depend on HeyGen API capacity and may vary. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

CreatorLoop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including failed video renders, missed deadlines, or third-party claims related to your content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CreatorLoop, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CreatorLoop operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
